Fun and colourful was the brief for this cake really. Choc raspberry marble cake with a raspberry soak and chocolate buttercream. Essentially was going for a look that could maybe be a @gormanclothing print.
Chocolate, vanilla or coffee?
And the inside! Cherry and brandy centre sandwiched between brandy soaked almond sponges, covered with a whipped mascarpone and vanilla ganache and sitting on an almond sable Breton base. Pretty delicious. Very glad there’s leftovers.

Usually I post pictures of the outside of my cakes and never get to see the inside, but here is a fun exception. Chocolate/caramel marble on the bottom half, vanilla raspberry on the top. Wish I did more marble cakes they are so fun.
